What’s it like living at Frank? We checked in with Sandra and she gave us the latest on the place she calls home. There’s lots of new construction to choose from in both South and East Austin, but Frank was special in a lot of ways. Stylish, full of natural light, and with fun amenities. There’s also lots of beautiful mature oak trees right on site.
South 1st Street is one of the highlights of the Bouldin Creek Neighborhood – and it happens to be one of StoryBuilt’s favorite spots. We’ve built Frank and Willa there, and coming up next are Bruno and Frank South. We fit into the neighborhood and that matters. We love the mix of old and new, and so does Sandra.
